This was our second project with Loayza's - back in 2009 they did a complete re-landscaping of our house (see below for that review), and now in 2018 we had them to our new house to build a new custom outdoor kitchen, as well as an overhead gazebo/ramada.
As with the last project, Eddy and Rosa did an incredible job. We just finished up and couldn't be happier. The custom kitchen was done to our specs, but Eddy also added a bunch of touches we never would have thought of - all courtesy of his decades of experience. He also customized it to make room for my Big Green Egg as well - and turned the extra granite they cut out for it into a lazy susan too!
The project ended up being more complex than expected, and so took a bit longer than planned, but they communicated every step of the way - and though the timeline was different, it stayed right on budget! Another great experience with Loayza's.

We are currently finishing up a large backyard project with Eddie at Loayza's and wanted to take the time to write what a positive experience we have had working with Eddie and his team. We basically leveled our existing backyard and had a pool, hot tub, pergola, fire pit, basketball court, new retaining wall, hardscaping/landscaping and BBQ island put in.
The great thing about Eddie and the deciding factor to go with them was his ability to do it all....a one stop shop. No subcontractors or having to work with and manage a bunch of different people on various projects going on at the same time. Eddie was there almost everyday and his crew of guys were great. Even multiple neighbors commented on how polite, clean and great the people we had working on our backyard were.
Eddie's attention to detail and the little things he did with our projects go above and beyond what we expected. How easy Eddie has been to work with has been a wonderful experience. We had a contractor we worked with when we remodeled our home a few years back and it always seemed like such a battle when we talked with him about changes or had questions. It has not been like that with Eddie and his team at all and we can't thank them enough for the wonderful experience and more importantly are gorgeous new oasis of a backyard!
